ERA-co designed the staff village masterplan in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the primary objective of delivering high-quality housing and comprehensive amenities that meet the standards of a top-tier staff community. The proposed masterplan fosters a livable and vibrant environment, enhancing the overall quality of life for residents, supporting employee retention, and aligning with the expectations of the operators.

The development accommodates employees of various assets across the site once operational, including internationally recognized 5-star hotel brands, each of which has specific design requirements for staff accommodations.
