Over the course of 20 years Steven has garnered an international reputation for developing leading brands from a broad range of sectors including real-estate, place, culture, consumer retail, media, transit & infrastructure and professional services.

She has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management. At ERA-co she is responsible for global business operations.

As the global creative leader for ERA-co, Anthony is charged with helping places to realise their true commercial, community, and cultural role within the context of a rapidly changing world.

Her role encompasses strategy and interior design across the commercial, lifestyle and public sectors. Amanda has been instrumental in creating some of the most cutting edge workplaces – which have delivered real business advantage and positive change for the organisation. Prior to joining ERA-co as global leader of User Strategy, Amanda was a principal at Woods Bagot Architecture.

Hayden White
Global Urban Design & Masterplanning Lead

Hayden is the Global Urban Design & Masterplanning Lead at ERA-co with experience leading high profile projects in Saudi Arabia, China, India, Russia, USA and UK, including Oxagon, Qiddiya and Gazprpm Tower and Masterplan. Prior to joining ERA-co Hayden helped grow and develop BIG’s masterplanning and urban design team in London and launched and co-led the Harvard Ecological Urbanism Office in Beijing.

Tarran Kundi

As Global Director of Productions, Tarran leads the creative direction of digital work across the platforms of architectural visualisation, film, and technology. With an endless passion for art, design and photography, he naturally developed advanced skills in computer graphics at an early age and went on to study Architecture at the University of Nottingham gaining a Master’s degree in Architecture and Environmental Design. Prior to joining ERA, Tarran lead the Visual Communications Team for Woods Bagot Architecture.
