Innovation Campus Masterplan

ERA-co designed the masterplan for the Innovation Campus, envisioning a new typology: a SOUK that serves as a vibrant, futuristic campus with a magnetic central heart. While the site offers a blank canvas, the masterplan ensures it engages seamlessly with the surrounding urban scale, establishing its own distinct identity as a home for a new generation of thinkers, innovators, and creators.

The community is anchored by a main boulevard, forming a dynamic street that connects the campus to the city and encourages movement, interaction, and social engagement. Primary boulevards run north-south and east-west, linking the site to major transport nodes, including the ferry to the west and the tram to the east. Secondary laneways provide a porous, inviting network, weaving through neighborhoods and creating a fluid connection between villages of hyper-activity and unique spaces.

Each neighborhood within the campus is designed to have its own identity, fostering diversity, creativity, and discovery. The resulting masterplan offers a rich tapestry of spaces that inspire interaction, support innovation, and delight the campus community, making it a landmark destination for the next generation of thought leaders.
