This year’s promotions comprise five experts from four studios on four continents, reflecting our global commitment to placemaking and helping clients unlock the full potential of neighbourhoods, districts and cities around the world. Those who have received promotions are:
“Through their dedication, collaboration and commitment to our shared values, these individuals have made meaningful contributions to our clients, communities and teams,” says Steven Cornwell, Global Director of ERA-co. “These promotions recognise not only past achievements, but also the leadership and influence these individuals will bring as we continue to strengthen connections between our studios to unlock the true potential of neighbourhoods, towns and cities.” Cat Devitt originally joined Woods Bagot in 2021 as an Interior Designer. Now based in San Francisco and part of ERA-co’s User Strategy team, she has been promoted to Strategy Director. “From Sydney to San Francisco, Woods Bagot to ERA-co, and design to strategy, the 7C Network has given me room to move, grow and hone my craft,” comments Cat. “I’ve been fortunate to work with people who challenged my thinking, backed my curiosity and opened doors along the way. This role lets me bring all that to shaping decisions that become real places for real people and open those same doors for the next generation.” Meanwhile, Taras Kashko’s promotion reflects the growing impact of ERA-co’s Urban Design and Masterplanning expertise across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, he was named ‘Breakthrough Architect of the Year’ at the Design Middle East Awards KSA 2026 earlier this year and has now been promoted to Director,Urban Design & Masterplanning for the region. “One of ERA-co’s core strengths is its ability to bring together diverse expertise across disciplines, businesses and geographies around a shared ambition,” adds Taras. “Taking on a broader leadership role within the business is an opportunity to deepen connections between people, ideas and our global studios to harness our collective thinking in response to increasingly complex urban challenges, both globally and across the Middle East.” The promotions also recognise the outstanding contributions of John Salama, Georgia Marsh and Jeremy Cheang, whose expertise continues to support clients and communities across our firm.
Congratulations to all five of our colleagues on their well-deserved promotions. Their talent, leadership and commitment continue to shape our global business, and we look forward to supporting their ongoing growth and the further impact they will make in the years ahead.
