Collaborating with IWAN on the design development of the IWAN Masterplan for IWAN’s New Cairo development, we provided architectural and urban design expertise to shape a comprehensive vision and framework for the site. The masterplan covers a site area of 42 hectares and is envisioned as a high-quality mixed-use residential community that integrates land use, circulation, public spaces, and built form to create a cohesive and adaptable urban environment.

Our involvement focused on refining the masterplan strategy, including land-use distribution, massing studies, movement networks, and public realm design, helping to translate overarching planning concepts into a coordinated design approach that supports functionality, placemaking, and long-term growth.
