OVERVIEW
Yunity City is a visionary 28-hectare masterplanned development that reimagines the city of the future through nature-inspired design. With 800,000 m² of total mixed- use floor space, the project integrates 300,000 m² of offices, 100,000 m² of retail, and 100,000 m² of residential space, complemented by hotels, a conference centre, a school, and a water park. Seamlessly connected by a metro and train station, Yunity City prioritizes accessibility, sustainability, and quality of life.
